Removing copepods??

I just discovered that my 20 gal oscar tank is covered in thousands of copepods and they're already annyoing me. I know that they don't have any negative affects to the tank but theyre not very appealing either and theyre WAY too small for my oscar to eat. So since I'm not benefiting from them at all, what is the best way to remove them?
Thanks!

Are you sure there not limpets? Those are caused by over feeding

No, theyre almost microscopic, I looked at them under a really good magnifying glass and theyre deffinatly copepods

I've never had them in a freshwater. I have a bunch in my reef tank. And I'm pretty sure a uv sterilizer would kill them

I agree, a UV sterilizer can get almost everything... but they are expensive. How big is your oscar? They like to have tanks that are at least 55 gallons, so you should move him unless it's only a QT or holding tank or something.

yea its just temporary, I have a bigger tank for him when he gets bigger but I'm just letting it establish for a while while he grows up

Ok, that's great... I hate it when people put big fish in little tanks... like goldfish in bowls.

Ahaha yea I understand, but when he's in his bigger tank when he gets a little bit bigger (and when I get some extra money) I'm gonna turn the tank hes in now into a heavily planted tank with some schooling neon tetras I can't wait!
