Remineralize RO Question!

Hello,
I have a 30 gallon tank with some live plants and eco complete for the substrate with 3 juvenile Angelfish, temp 82, sponge and HOB filter. The TDS in my tank is around 470. Can I lower my TDS to their desired level by adding pure RO or is that dangerous? When do you add minerals if the tds is always high?

I’d be more inclined to a blend of RO and tap water. Unless there’s something horrible in your tap water, there’s really no reason to go full RO + re-mineralization. 1/3 tap, 2/3 RO (or something along those lines) should be pretty nice

Like said just mix your tap and RO to get the desired TDS level you want .
My tap is 350+ .I mix my RO with it to get 100 for my breeding projects .
No need to use DI if your unit has it which is a huge $ saver ..
