Remember the betta with a zit?

HI guys, sadly I lost Taro my betta this week - remember he had a zit a while ago?It came back and his abdomen swelled up - I thought maybe it was constipation or dropsy and treated him for both but it didn't help :-\
He's in fishy heaven now so I've cleaned the tank, put a new filter in and its ready for cycling and then I'll look for another little betta :'(

 

So sorry to hear about your fishie We do tend to get attached to them.

I am so sorry. It really sucks when you lose a fish. I like your attitude and enthusiasm though on getting a new one to pamper.

 

I am so sorry about your Betta. I remember very well when he had his "zit".

It is a very hard thing to have a pet die, but Bettas are so "human" it seems especially lonely without them.

My sympathies and I do hope you can find another when your tank is cycled.
