Reefsafe Puffer Discussion

Hey all,

I saw a fascinating video of an angelfish which was a well know coral eater in a tank full of corals. I cannot remember the exact species, but the idea behind the setup was that the person chose coral from a different part of the world than from where the angelfish was from, thus the fish couldn't recognize the coral as food. I thought it was a fascinating concept and I want to try it out with a saddle puffer. Any suggestions?

I'd really love for this discuss to carry over into other traditionally non-reef-safe fish and throw around some ideas for how we could take traditionally non-reef-safe fish and pair them with coral they won't recognize as food.

P.S. I know there's no hope for shrimp in the tank, but I am considering things like a long spine urchin.
