How long ago? I'd honestly contact the fish store and see if they would trade you for a better specimen.

Does not hurt to ask... worst case it is TB and could spread to the other fish as well. Best case, it was born that way and may be ok but likely have a shortened lifespan or be picked on. If they are a decent shop, they'll want to make it right. They should have probably culled it to not spread disease or bad genetics.

i think it is not TB because it does not have any other symptoms other than the deformed shape. i have a female in the tank with it should i separate them so i dont end up with deformed baby swordtails or is it fine to leave them together?

This sword could also have been stuck somewhere which can cause this bend body. If it would be TB, and the spine would bend, it wouldn't be bend sideways. So, I don't think it's TB.
Or worst case, this sword was born this way. Then I wouldn't try to breed with this one. For that could be just bad genetics.
