I'm in need off some help I'm new to this site. I have a red spotted severum had him around 2 years he's developed some white lumps on his pec fins and maybe white spots on his tail fin but hard to say obviously I was thinking ich but I thought the lumps on his pec fins were too big. My water parameters are fine weekly water changes tank has been established over 2 years no new fish have entered

Have to say it looks like Ich to me.

Perhaps the larger nodules are secondary fungal infection?

I've done a 50 percent water change and gradually increasing my temps most of my fish should be fine with temps of 30 degrees celsius but I'm worried about my knifefish were I've read max temps of 27.5 if it's gradually increased do you think it will be ok for them as I need to treat the whole tank now to get rid of if

Thanks for your help I'm from UK so been struggling to find some in my lfs. I have to get it imported. I've started the process now just hoping the meds I got won't damage my scale less fish even though it says it won't, but you never know just made sure there's no copper in just malachite green and formaldehyde. It's just hard as you can read from multiple sources and get told multiple things. Suppose for me it's going to me trial and error as I've never had an outbreak in the 4 years I've kept fish. Thanks
