20 Gallon Tank Red spot on Cory catfish, is it sick?

Hello,
I have seen this spot on my Cory’s head and I’m not sure if it’s normal or if he has some kind of illness. I have 6 corys, 7 harlequins and 5 neons. So far the behavior is normal. Not sure if he/she scratches it.

I doibt there is somwrhing wrong.
There are several.spots on Albino Corys where you more.or.less can see blood run through veins or organs

I’m happy to hear that, then he’s healthy I was worried it could be red blotch or something. I was just reading about it and panicking Lol. Thank you for answering!
