Red robin gourami seems to have damage on her side

Hi I have a female red robin gourami who seems to have some dange at the near the bottom of her fin. Not sure what's caused it and any suggestions for what to do would help.

I have a large tank (140 litres) with many other gouramis and a few loaches and tetras. The water levels are fine and safe and she is acting normals seems to eat and move around like the rest.


Should I be concerned about this damage or just keep an eye on her.

ouh... That looks very much like dwarf gourami iridovirus (which can affect all labyrinth fish) with a secondary infection on the lesions. I'm so sorry. There is no cure.
