Red Parrot Cichlid will not eat!

I have a full grown blood red parrot that I bought approximately 1.5 weeks ago. He acts completely normal and has no physical signs of illness; however, he will not eat water parameters are 0 ppm ammonia and nitrites and 10 ppm nitrates temp: 80 and waterchanges 40% every 3 days
Foods I have tried
Floating pellets
Sinking pellets
Flakes
Crickets
Worms
Mysis shrimp
Blood worms
Freeze dried blood worms

 

This is my first post so sorry if I missed anything or did something wrong

 

It can take a while for a fish to get acclimated to a new tank - give him a few more days.
