I just noticed one of my ghost shrimp had developed a red spot on it back is this a sign of disease or something
Mine is a female to and has eggs I will try and get a picture tomorrow. My female has that too.
Yep, mine is carrying eggs too. That's how I knew it was a female .Mine is a female to and has eggs I will try and get a picture tomorrow.
The females are bigger than the males. That should be easy to spot but yes eggs are the easiest to spot. As for the red spot I'VE had it as well. I have never seen anything happen or them react from it. Thinking it could be natural? Not sure but I don't know why it just appears there. Injury maybe?Yep, mine is carrying eggs too. Them being bigger is only good if they are the same age.The females are bigger than the males. That should be easy to spot but yes eggs are the easiest to spot.
