Red Eared Sliders

I have two red eared sliders. Autumn and Micheal Angelo. I feed them lettuce and shrimp because they won't eat turtle pellets. I do not have a reptile lamp but one is being given to me by a former Iguana owner. Cleaning once every three days is annoying but worth it. I will add pics tomorrow while they are out in the sun. They are very interesting turtles to see, I hope one day I can upload a video on Autumn, the climbing turtle.

The size difference is pretty big. I hope they don't run off on me. They are very nice turtles even though they bight when hungry.

Yeah It hurts I guess they think its shrimp. The big one has long nails and doesn't mind being petted or tapped on the head. Turtle scratches hurt but I hope I don't get bitten ever again but tomorrow I have a high chance of that. I wonder How they would do in a fishtank. Someone told me to feed them guppies.
