Red Dwarf Tiger Lotus and Giant Hairgrass

First, I think I messed up with my Tiger Lotus...I think I planted the bulbs too close together. I'm not sure if I should leave them as-is, or try and move one. I'm going to assume they have pretty good roots going...I'm not sure how easy that would be.
I'm also confused why their leafs look the way they do. They're a very dull purple color. They come in very bright, but after they're maybe a week old they turn dull. Not sure how concerned I need to be about this. I did get them from bulbs with just a few small leafs.

Second, my Giant Hairgrass. My poor Giant Hairgrass. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong but it's dying. A few days ago I pulled them up a bit because I thought maybe I buried them too deep, but that hasn't helped. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Tank Size:75 gallon
Temp: 79°F
Substrate: aqua soil, topped with sand
Light: on 11am-6pm
Root tabs, Seachem Flourish 1x week
(Currently looking for a good water fertilizer...open to suggestions)

Ok the lily is a 2 part plant. Those purple leaves grow first. As the plant gets stronger it sends up runners that when they reach the top of the tank become giant leaves like lily pads (it’s a lily) as these leaves grow they steal the nutrients in the lower leaves and also cut off the light reaching the lower leaves so all nutrients go to the pads. I used to cut off the runners to keep it growing below. But after awhile it would die off. These are seasonal plants that may come back the following year.
The hair grass is probably needing some ferts!

So those deep purple leafs are normal? I plan to cut my runners to keep my plant more bushy.

Your lily looks healthy. No worries there.

I've never growth giant hairgrass, so I don't have much to offer here. But, if its new to your tank, it may just be adjusting.

Half of it has been in for a few months, the rest for about a month. I don't think it's still adjusting. I think it needs ferts
