Video of some red cauliflower swordtails. This breeding form of swordtails is a well build strain to look at.

Wow beautiful! Swordtails were my first “big tank” fish (prior to them I had just had bettas) a couple years ago, when I was teaching I had a 20 gallon tank of them in my classroom.

Well, they've been already around for a number of years. But it's not that common at an average lfs.

Can you get alphas?
Watched that vid of yours. Yes, they're great looking swords. But an actual cauliflower sabre tail looks like this:

The sword of a sabre tail is broad like a sabre instead of pointy.

I used to keep and breed alphas. But I could still get them if I want to. Tbh, I've sold most swordtail breeding forms and kept mostly wild swordtail species.
