So I live in Montana. There isn't much available here, beyond the basics. Any recommendations for a good site to order fish supplies online? How about ordering fish, that are most likely gonna survive the trip...? Has anyone tried Wet Spot in Portland Oregon?

I've ordered live fish from Wetspot twice, both times with great success. They're one of the best, if not the best!

For fish supplies, I've ordered from Drs. Foster & Smith, Pet Solutions, and Amazon.

I've heard good things about wetspot from others on here.

I have ordered live, healthy, snails through Aquatic Arts on amazon. They also have fish supplies. I have ordered a variety of fish supplies through ebay and amazon. Ebay I have gotten used equipment before for a good deal. Also got a live betta from ebay.

I am planning on getting kuhilI loaches from trinsfish, because others have given it positive recommendations.

I got my Kuhli's from trinsfish, everyone arrived fast and safe I've had them for over a year now and they are still very healthy and spunky, I'd totally order from them again if I weren't already overstocked!

Great! I'm so glad I asked. So, do you think even ordering sensitive fish like Bolivian or GBR will turn out OK? It scares me to think about ordering fish thru the mail.

Most of your LFS also order all of their fish through the mail, sensitive or not. I wouldn't worry about it.

I've had the most success with trinsfish. Let me know if you decide to go through them and I can share a coupon that will save you a little bit. I've ordered plants, cichlids, and loaches from them and never lost a single one.

I've also ordered plants from aquaticarts and have had only positive results with them.

Wetspot, imperialtropicals, and aquabid are also great sources.
