I fed a few freeze dried blood worms to my fish few hours ago. Came back to what looked like one swimming. I thought I was seeing things so scooped it out. It zipped around the container. The longer thing in the pic is a freeze dried blood worm. I know it's a terrible pic but any ideas anyone?

I am about 100'% sure it isn't a blood worm. Once they are freeze dried they don't come back to life. Are you sure it isn't some species of baby fish.
I was 99% sure it couldn't be a blood worm. My best guess would be a larval stage of something. But I have no clue
