REALLY picky eaters...

hey guys, what types of regular flakes do you use as food?

my fish don't like what I am giving them, and if they do eat it, it give them constipation like none other...

I am using the tetra- tetramin flakes as well as Wardley- essentials tropical fish flakes...

any good ones that mollys and platys will like/need?...

We feed ours Omega One foods, they get veggie flakes once a day and some other kind of flake or food for the other feeding.

I'm using Nutrafin Livebearer Food, as well as Omega One Veggie Rounds every day, as well as frozen brine shrimp. When feeding fry, I crush the above, and use baby brine twice a day.
