Rate my fish's diet

Staple diet:

Tropical flakes (morning)
Freeze dried bloodworms (evening)
Shrimp pellets (I drop a few in late at night when the lights are out hoping my cats get to them)

Treats:

Frozen blood worms (red mosquito larva - once a week)
Frozen brine shrimp (once a week)

How does this diet I have my fish on look? Is there anything else I should add to my "food portfolio"? I haven't started experimenting with raw veggies yet but I probably will add those later, right now I want to get the actual fish foods I need.

If it helps currently I am mainly keeping barbs and soon I plan to keep angelfish & rainbows and by Christmas, some discus. And I want to get their diet down, too.

Diet

Looks good, but i'd do freeze-dried bloodworms less, maybe 1-2x a week.

Thanks, I'll try giving it to them 3x a week at most.

Veggie flakes once a week would be a good idea. Go to Kensfish.com for some options. He has some interesting stuff you don't see anywhere else, and he's reasonable.

Got my veggie flakes today! I bought Omega-One Super Veggie. They had veggie rounds too but I went with these.

Excellent choice. Since the Omega One veggie flakes actually do contain salmon, you could probably feed these flakes more than once a week.

I have the O-1 veggie flakes in rotation with the TetraMin flakes and HakarI mini-pellets, and my fish go nuts when they see the veggie flakes. Even the cories come up off the bottom to grab them as they sink.
