Rare Betta or not?

I made a short video and added it on YouTube to ask you wonderful people if you know of this guy is rare or not.

He’s a Rose Petal Betta who looks mostly rose gold up close in person with a touch of yellow.

He’s in an overnight temporary vase with a heater and bubbler so don’t fret! He’ll be spoiled in no time!

I've seen a few bettas like him before, I even had one (but he was a plakat). He would shimmer up close but I could never capture the shimmering on a video. I would say it was one of the more rarer colourings. Regardless, he is a pretty boy

I've not seen them in pet stores that are chains, at least, not in my area.

 

I've seen similar ones overhere in my country. For a good friend of mine imported lots of fancy bettas and wild ones from Thailand. But that doesn't mean that yours isn't rare in your area. Most important thing is that you like how he looks like.

Okay thank you everyone who replied! He was a gift but I like to breed half moons, crown tails, plakats, etc. And there’s a woman in my city desperately trying to find a rose petal for her wedding. I seen a video of her set up and he’s going to have a great life! I just didn’t want to let something go that may have been rare for $30 lol.
