(Moved this from builds)

Hello all!

Here is my stocking list and idea for a likely future 29 gallon tank. Feel free to give feed back on what you guys think! Thanks in advance for any help!

(Disclaimer) (I know it's overstocked this is sorta the rough draft but still general idea)

(AqAdvisor)

Tank (LxDxH): 32 x 12 x 18 inch (29.9gUS)
Filters: 70

15x Neon Tetra
10x Black Neon Tetra
10x Black Skirt Tetra
3x Sunburst Wag Platy
8x Neitrite Snail (Still can nail the spelling)

Your aquarium filtration capacity for above selected species is 119%.
Recommended water change schedule: 37% per week.
Your aquarium stocking level is 115%.

Seems like too many fish for 29, it'd be way too busy with all those schoolers. I'd stick to just 1 school.

I'm sorta going for a busy look, something stimulating, although I could take out the black neon tetras...

I would stick to two schools - three is too many, and fish will be cramped.

You have room for a bottom dweller, if you'd like

Albino Cory? There supposed to be tough and are at my petco (A good petco)

I love the idea of pygmy corys and I guess I could get them online...

I think maybe the pygmys

So how does this look:

Tank (LxDxH): 32 x 12 x 18 inch (29.9gUS)
Filters: Aquaclear 70

20x Neon Tetra
8x Black Skirt Tetra
3x Platy (2 females to 1 male?)
3x Netrite Snail
6x Pygmy Cory

Then maybe some ghost shrimp

Your aquarium filtration capacity for above selected species is 135%.

Recommended water change schedule: 33% per week.
Your aquarium stocking level is 105%.

Pygmy cories don't stay on the bottom - they tend to swim in the middle of the tank. They also should be in larger groups. I wouldn't go with pygmies because then you'll have too many fish in the middle column of the tank. 8 or so albino cories would be great though!

You don't need to post the Aqadvisor stats. They aren't accurate anyway.

Ok, sounds great! So I'll just take out the pygmys for the albinos
