Ramshorn Snail Shell Problem, Help!!

My Ramshorn's have been happy and healthy but I've noticed this wierd white piece of tow of their shells, it looks like it might be damage or disease but i don't know. I have old oyster shells in there for calcium and I've never had any problems like this, what is it? Will they be ok? none of my other Ramshorn's have this problem.

The white band looks like a growth problem earlier in their lives but there is also some pitting elsewhere which could indicate a problem with minerals in your water. Do you know what your KH is? Do you only have a whole oyster shell in there? The calcium might not be as available. Try crushed coral, cuttlebone or crushed oyster shells.
