Ramshorn Snail Invasion!?

Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask some questions about Ramshorn Snails in my tank.
So, a few months ago, I purchased 3 Leopard Blue Ramshorn snails for my planted 10 gallon tank. I now have about 20 of them.
I bought Ramshorn snails because I had heard good things about them not leaving their tank. This was important to me because my tank has a piece of driftwood that sticks out, so I can't put a lid on it, and I also really enjoy the look of no lid on my tank. So far, none of them has made an attempt to leave, which I'm quite happy about.
My problem is that they reproduce very quickly, which I knew when I was buying them, but I have no way of controlling their population.
The 10 gallon that they are currently in is my only tank as of now, with no other inhabitants. I am planning on getting shrimp, and maybe some fish for it, but I don't know what to do to control their population.
I have heard of getting Assasin snails to eat my Ramshorns, but I'm worried about them escaping my tank.
Is there any other alternative, or a fish that I can put in a 10 gallon that will control their population?

You could put an assissan in there but you can't guarantee he'll start eating them strught away if they're to small, the other thing they for some reason don't try to escape, manually remove them for now and see how it goes or you could put a puffer in

 

Manually remove them, as richiep said - also, feed less. The more you feed, the more eggs they lay. So, I'd cut down the amount of feedings.

Ok, thank you so much! I'll keep manually removing them and I will look into Assasins and Puffers.

Thank you! I was feeding them pretty often, along with the algae they're eating.

Will they escape a tank with no lid? Also, I live in Toronto, Canada.
