GBR, EBR a hybrid of my GBR and EBR ,black ,a hybrid of black and EBR and gold that have come from the blacks ..
I have been selling rams for 4 years now and many across this great country have said mine might be the best !

If I'd known I could get high end member bred gbr.... My 75 gallon would have been several degrees warmer and a lot different.

Every week sometimes more then 3 days !
I will pm you more info for the future..Fish keeping and breeding is not a passing phase for me ..
I am in it for the long run ,which being old makes the obligation easier if not shorter ? !

 

Assuming I get a male/female and they pair up, they won't hurt the kuhlis will they? I got so excited about being able to get them I forgot to think about that.

I don't know about GBR, but I know that with my Bolivian Rams, they only chase the fish away, they don't hurt them. Additionally, kuhlis are pretty tough, I don't think it will be an issue.

I've honestly been going back and forth today on the EBR's and Bolivians. I'm stuck between the personality of Bolivians (as everyone says) and the beautiful color of the EBR's (which I have wanted for quite some time).

I don't know about GBR, maybe coralbandit can tell you about their personality

 

Actually I keep both hoping to breed and raise the Bolivians soon .
Both seem like cool characters .My experience with the Bolivians is not so extensive I will defer to Fahn for Bolivian info..

Do your GBR have real personality? Just wondering, I've seen a lot of personality from my Bolivian Rams, didn't know if GBR were the same way or not.

 

Yea my GBR and EBR [all my rams ] have personalities ..Not all the same or favorable though !

Yeah, my Bolivians can be really grouchy sometimes, but they're so much fun.

 

I went the complete opposite route and got a little Bolivian Ram (which is in QT) to go in my 40 gallon South American tank instead. I can't tell if it's male/female though, seems like it has a female breeding tube but male fins.
