Would a 10 gallon tank be enough for a single Ram if I don't add too many more fish?

No, the only thing I recommend in a 10gal is a Betta and snail. 10gal really isn't big enough for most fish.

I would no less than 20 gallon for a ram. But 30 is probably best. I have a pair in my 30 gallon.

As per seriously fish:
An aquarium with a base measuring 60 ∗ 30 cm or equivalent is sufficient for a single pair.
So a standard 15 gallon will work for a single pair with nothing else. Other sources like The Aquarium Guide states that 10 gallon is the minimum for a single ram and at least a 29 gallon if you would like to keep other fishes as well.

I wouldn't put a ram in a 10 gallon.
