Raised white spot on cory

One of my corys has had this weird white abrasion for a couple weeks now. I thought it was just that- an abrasion, and it would heal on its own, but it seems to have slowly gotten larger. It doesn’t seem to affect him at all, he’s eating, swimming, and acting totally normal. I don’t believe it’s contagious because no other corys or tankmates have this. I’m worried. It’s raised, doesn’t appear fuzzy, and just appears as a pale part of him. I will attach pictures.

Something to keep in mind about this fish is, he has a birth/growth defect so he is missing his pectoral fins. This means he swims a little odd, but he is perfectly capable of eating and getting around, so it doesn’t seem to bother him too much.

Edit: tank conditions are ideal as my corys spawned just two days ago, but to help, my parameters are 0,0,20

I could really use some help

Looks like some kind of fungus or maybe a tumor. I'd remove him from the main group and quarantine him, afterwards try dosing some general cure and Erythromycin.

I don't exactly understand this advise to be honest. A fungus of a tumor. Neither are treatable with the mentioned meds.

Are you by coincidence using a waterconditioner with Aloe Vera in it ?

I was thinking about methylene blue when I wrote erythromycin, thanks for catching that

Yep, then I expect it to be somekind of skinreaction caused by that (some kind of allergic reaction causing an overproduction of mucus). It might go on its own amd I don't think you need to treat but keep a close eye on it.
