Rainbow/Red Tailed Shark

I am wanting to put either a red tailed shark or rainbow shark in my 30 gal tank. Is my tank too small?? I know that these fish are very territorial, but are there any tank mates for them??

 

Either would need a 55 gallon minimum. As for good tankmates, I'll let others advise.

Jonathan16 Actually, a 30 gallon would be fine for a reasonably small red tailed shark as long as it was a long tank and there aren't (m)any other bottom feeders as they can be territorial. A 55 gallon is a good size for them but 1 would do fine in a 30 gallon LONG with little to no other dominant bottom feeders.
