Rabbit snail not moving

I got a rabbit snail about 3 days ago. He was alive when I bought him (peaking out of his shell in the bag and stuff). However, since adding him to my tank, he hasn’t moved at all. I smelled him and he doesn’t smell bad, so I’m confused and can’t tell if he’s dead or not.

Give it time, I had the same thing happen and I almost threw him out. I found that de does not move for a day or two then he craws all over the place. I'm thinking that she'll is heavy

Not yet. And he still doesn’t smell. I’m going out of town for a week in a couple days and if he does while I’m gone, I don’t want him to kill my other snails so my friend suggested moving him to quarantine while I’m gone.

He’s moving now, but only when I’m not looking. . I want to see him crawl! Beautiful snaily.

Just got back from vacation and he now smells like infant poop. Don’t know if he’s dead or not because people say “you’ll just know” but I’m pretty desensitized to smells because of my line of work. Is he dead?

 

Take some water from your tank and put the snail in for a bit.... Day or so or until you see it move.

Still has not moved.

 

mine remained still for a day or two.... fingers crossed he is still alive

Not to mention or rub it in, he/she had a baby..... Look at baby Nugget
