Questions on Redtail sharks....

Great pics!
I had redtail sharks some time ago, they didnt last long just a week...
Do they have teeth? I saw their mouths are like suckers.

Thanks, and how many did you have in what size tank? What happened to them? They are herbivores and their mouths are like suckers, in fact mine do a decent job at cutting down algae. But they are very territorial I attempted mating two and it was a disaster, now I have one tank for each... rainbow shark, albino rainbow, and redtail. They are very peaceful by themselves. I did lose one in the mating attempt because I had three, hoping one would be dominate and the other two would mate, but the smaller male didn't make it and it looked like he'd been eaten. Not sure who did it, but my guess is the larger male finished him off. Anyway, wouldn't suggest more than one in anything smaller than 55 gallons, even then they get pretty big and could still fight eventually.

I bought 2 sharks, and only came to know about them being territorial after joining fishlore, by then the one had died from the other being after him all the time, I saw the one chasing the other. I can't understand why the other one died. Maybe because I had just finished cycle the tank and wasn't finished properly. But then all the other fish survived(except a bala shark(My tanks a 67gal))

I always loved to have sharks but after the disaster of losing them all I left it, however looking at the pics , i'm starting to play the idea again....

Is there any particular food to give the sharks, apart from them browsing? When I had them they sucked my plant brown!! As i'm just getting my plants to grow beautifully I don't want that happening again.
Are they aggressive towards other fish? I have tetras, Angels, mollies, Gouramis. And will they go along with another type of shark?
Also will they attack fish smaller then themselves? All my fish are 2in and bigger...
Thanks!

Well I was at vacation.... : Anyway, they will grow aggressive as they grow. They will pretty much don't aggressive with any fish that looks like a red-tailed shark so fish like rainbow sharks are "no." I think you could feed them tubefix cubes.

Sorry for the hijack but how do you feed them tubifex cubes? Are these the ones you push on the glass and they stick there?
