question on guppies

I think I have 2 males and one female guppie, the pet store said they were all males but this one doesn't have a large tail and it is plain red and the body is a darker brown color with green. the males are huge tailed and speckled, will they breed?? how long does it take for them to do it if they're going too???

also I think my tank is cycling even though the fish are in it. I thought it did before I put them in but I guess it didn't, I don't not have a test kit, and I probably won't get one , i'm so broke! :'( so i'm going to take the water to the pet store and get them to test tit. the water is foggy, this is why I think its cyclying.

how do I let the tank cycle with fish in it, with less chance of them dieing??? should I keep doing my once a week water changes and feed them less???
I have 2 cories in the tank too. its a 5 gallon

to keep the fish from dying you should do frequent water changes (if it really is cycling, if not you're ok)

if its cycling you should do them more often, like 3x a week then when the tank is done cycling you can go to 1ce a week.

the water could be foggy due to the food you are feeding them wat type of food is it and look on the bottle and see if it says it it clouds water or not this happened to my sisters tank all I did was change water for two days and it was gone if this is the case for you take .5 gallons out every day and put in new water and that might help and if you want your guppies to breed you tank is far two small especially with the cories
