I know all about treating with Kanaplex and , and I did that about 2 weeks ago. The initial symptom I saw did not go away. I did a water change and left it. I then noticed one of my other fish had a white fungus growth on his lip. I treated with Kanaplex only as I was out of nitrofurazone and I figured it would be enough (seems to be getting smaller) . The INITIAL fish showing symptoms is now showing worse symptoms (grey 'saddleback' and showing more prominent white). My question is, after I do a significant water change, is it safe to retreat so soon, literally back to back from the kanaplex?
To avoid more medication, what about using epson salt and lowering the temp in my tank, plus taking all my ornaments and bleaching them. Does this method provide positive results?
Thanks, I don't want to lose any more fish
