Question about Bolivian Ram with red spots

Hi. One of my new Bolivian Rams has red areas on its body that don’t look normal to me. I attached a few photos, one with that particular Ram, and one with it next to one of its tank mates. I’ve noticed white poo so I’m thinking maybe a parasite? Haven’t seen it eat for a few days. Was thinking of trying API General Cure, although I have Amano shrimp in the tank, do not sure if that’s safe for them. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I would dose with the general cure .
They both look to have an internal issue ..

Definitely looking very skinny. Agree with above. General cure should be safe with shrimp.
