I was watching my fish and noticed 1 wasn't acting right. It also had a what might be best described and a red enlarged anus. (see pic below) Was shy and not eating. There are 4 in the tank but only this one was showing any symptoms. I transferred it over to a quarantine tank. No other fish in tank seem to be affected. I have given it a 1/2 dose of API general cure. It seems to be more active but still doesn't seem really interested in food. Does anyone know what might be the cause and suggestion on treatment.

Any bloating or abnormal swimming? Could be constipation.

It swims normally. Stomach doesn't look bloated. I have given it some krill hoping that if it was constipation the fiber in the shell would help. But it doesn't eat much
