Quarantine Cherry Shrimp?

Yes they can pass ich and columnaris and possibly others I'm not sure. so I would qt them for 2 weeks if they were in tanks with sick fish but there's no need if they were own their own.

Where are you getting these shrimp? If your getting them from a reliable source, etc, aquatic arts or a trusted lfs, then there really shouldn’t be a reason to.

I'm getting them from an Aquabid auction. Someone in the hobby.
I'll quarantine as usual to be safe.

The only point on quarantine them means yet another move. RCS are very sensitive to changes. I guess you could have the QT water as close as possible to the final tank water but it’s still a move and IMO RCS don’t do well when you move them. Truth be told your chances of more then 20% making it more then two weeks are pretty slim.
If it were me do a very slow drip and put them in the new home.

I've never quarantined any shrimp, never had any problems. I always make sure they all look healthy where I'm buying from though -if there's multiple dead or dying shrimp in a tank, I don't buy.
