Yep, easily! Around 10 of each, and even then you could easily stock with other compatible fish/inverts.

The endlers are already in the tank and there are 13 females and 3 males (I sell most of the males I like to keep a big male:female ratio)

They're a good match.
Wanted to do the same, but found out too late that I have the wrong gravel for pygmys. They need a soft substrate.

Easily keep 10, but having such small bioload you cpuld bump both pops up to 20 without concern IMO.

You’ll have 50 endlers in no time if you have cover. :)

But sounds like a fun tank.
