HI all,

I have several stems of Hygrophila Polysperma in my 15 Gallon. I just had a few questions regarding it.

It has been in the tank about a week now and has alreaedy grown several inches This is good as was what it was intended for, but to propagate and replant, do I just cut where I want just above the leaves and then replant into the substrate?

Also, how long does it take for new runners to shoot up? If not long, should I be expecting new shoots soon? This will just mean that if it does shoot quickly I can plant new stems further away than initial anticipated.

Thanks,

Dan.

Just pinch it off and plant it. You will have a forest before you know it
