Hi i have water wisteria in my 5 gallon that reached the top weeks ago. How do i cut it to replant? Can i just cut anywhere (like halfway down the plant) in the stem and stab it back in the substrate?

Yup. Tat's the best way to cultivate it. Be sure to cut it just below a leaf segment and remove the bottom leaves. It's basically a weed and is rather hard to kill. Good luck.
