It means "fish who comes out of the water and sounds like a pig" or "fish with a snout like a pig", depending on the translation

My favorite LFS here in Hawaii has lots of baby Humu's for sale. They are so cute. Makes me want to set up a saltwater tank. As adults, though, they can be huge.
