Project Angel Tank

So today I start my endevour again afyer having too sell my last tank too pay bills hope the babies are doing well but not too get distracted

As I was saying today I stary my project Angel tank its a 29 absolute bare minimun for an angel fish, I have used my filter from my previous smaller tank tht I was rearing my angel in so I don't need to wait for the tank too cycle

My tank atm is incredibly bare and I will be placing more sand on the bottom and will be lacing it with fertaliser so plants will thrive but undecided on what plant avenue too go down but I want a semI heavu planyed tank

Attached below is the picture or my tank atm

The substrate is the preveous from the smaller tank and will be replaced with new sand as soon ad my finances allow

My angel baby is called Gill

So after just setting my new tank up I have too leave it in the care of my brother in law as I have a camping trip thts been planned for ages hope my Gill will be alright

So I'm thinking of adding some fresh water shrimo wild caughy as I'm on a fishing trip I know I won't be telling my baby Gill hahaha what do u guys think

So I have just been foraging in the local stream and gathered a few medium quartz stones too make a small hardscape cave tht I'm thinking I will attack java fern too

I still need too add a proper light too my tank before I can add plants thoigh and need yo get a back drop too haha

So just received a lovely peice of drift wood brach of gumtree and moved the tank around too fit ut an and it was the perfect size and looks amazing

Upgraded filter but I think it might be to powerful so I don't k ow what too do should I leave it an see how my fish go or wrap something around the out take

On another note got a small school of 5 neons today and heap nore fake plants to fill up the tano till I can afford real plants

Just addes some new substrate went out and bought play sand I have used it sucessfully with my other tanks tanks cloudy but tht should clear up soon

I like it. the rock caves look great! what's the colourful plant just left of the middle? it looks very awesome as a contrast to the rest.
Don't you need angels to be in small groups ? I am no expert I just heard my 50 gallon was to small for a few of them.

But good luck with it all again looks great

Might have had a better chance noticing that if I actually clicked to get full screen not alone the late hour here when I posted.

I look forward to seeing it with real plants then, do you know what kinda plants you want ?

Ahh so you can keep a single one. I just never heard about that.
