Problem With Platy Mama

Hey guys.
So I came to this forum to ask questions and find answers lol also to get to know all my fiah loving friends...

Soo my female platy I got a little over 2 weeks ago has babies (not my first time) and she thinned out and was happy.I k ow platy fish can have babies up to a year after insemination.. however she is now bigger (I figured preggo again) today however, I checked on her and now she has this sac coming out of her butt.. any ideas? Ive read parasites and all that... here is a picture of her.

 

I forget exactly what it was but noticed same thing on mine, died after 2 days.

Yeah.. its so weird. She was normal until this morning. She is eating and swimming around... sad if she dies though

 

I'm gonna guess she has a prolapsed uterus? Totally just guessing though. I'm sorry this is happening to your fish. Hopefully someone can help.

I have never seen anything like this. I am wondering if I should just quarantine her.. I just feel so bad. She had babies arund the time I got her.. about 2-3 weeks ago... the last platy I had got from the store also had babiea and she died about a week later... super weird.

 

Just to uodate everyone.. my platy mama healed... her sac thing is gone. She still looks bigger to me.. I think she is pregnant.
