Prepare Repashy Superfoods With Rodi Or Tap Water?

I purchased some repashy superfoods algae mix and had a question about preparation. Should I be using rodI water or is tap water fine(mine has both chlorine and chloramines) as none of the tutorials I’ve seen specify.

Thanks again

I use boiled tap water in repashy super green without any problem.
Best way is to mix it and then "paint" with it some river like rock or part of wood. Let it dry and get normal temp (I leave my for 1 hour) and then I add it in tank over night and remove it first thing in the morning.
Good luck

I use RO water. You can use distilled water too.

Ok, could dechlorinated water work? Specifically Prime?

It could best option if you want to use water with prime then leave little bit of water when you do wc let it sit until tomorrow then boil it and use it. But everyone that I know use water broiled in water boiler or machine I don't know English name. And I use half of small spoon of repashy on two small spoons of that water for 6 ottos and 2 sewellias once a month don't over feed with it.

Dechlorinated water should work too.

Ok, thanks for all the help everyone. I think I will just use a bit of tank water, which I dechlorinate with prime, to make my repashy. Thanks for all the help and quick replies!

I am trying to get my hands on a kettle. For preparing the food, I have some silicone molds, spatulas and mixing containers. And thoughts on those items and anything else. I would assume since they are cook ware they are food safe.

I boil water and pour it into a 8oz ziploc container to mix and set. Do not use the microwave if you plan on using it for human food ever again. This stuff stinks.

I’ve heard it’s pretty pungent. That’s why I’m trying to get some for fish only uses. Also keeps my anxiety low cause I know where they’ve been.
