so I was browsing through a site for new fish for my 55 gallon. I saw these guys on the site. I just wanted to know more about their care and even more so how many I could get with a pair of angels in the tank. Here’s a link to the page.

It seems like they wouldn't be a good match for an angel because they like lower temperatures. I would also look at different pictures because I don't think those are a good representation of how they would look in your tank. aquaticarts has them in stock as well.

I love how they look either way. And worst comes to worst I can rehome the angels.

Yes, I think these ones look much more like the ones that are listed on the OPs website, but they are different fish. Aquatic Arts has both.

Edit: Actually, Gertrude's Spotted Blue Eye Rainbow fish on aquatic arts looks more like the original link but they still aren't the same lol. The OPs site just has a really good photo of the furcata

Yes, I've heard good reviews from them. I'm waiting for them to get some of the fish I want in stock and I will be ordering from them

I have ordered some apistogramma borelliI from them and was VERY pleased with the fish I received and the service. I accidentally got two males in one order and they went above & beyond to make sure I got a replacement at no charge. So on that I felt I could highly recommend them. But I did receive an order of panda corydoras that were sick. I lost 7 out of 9 within three days. So... I'd be willing to order again based on the quality and service of my first orders partly because I know others have had issues with pandas.

I have yet to order fish online but my lfs is kinda far and doesn’t stock anything exotic or interesting. And there is no way they have these guys.

I'm in the same shoes, Daniel. I'm about a 30 min. drive from the closest pet store and it's a Petsmart and not liable to carry the more unusual fish. I have done some online ordering and though I was leery to start with, it's been positive overall.

I have some stores almost next to me but they don’t specialize and keep terrible care of their animals. There is one that’s about an hour away and they do have some exotic fish, but it’s mainly larger more aggressive ones. And I just wan tcommunity ones. So this is very exciting and I hope you can get some too
