My molly is not eating. I can see she is relaxed and she has also been separated from the other fish to reduce stress. Her belly is sorta squarish. Does this mean she is giving birth? Is she going to die? I don't know what to do. If it helps, I did a water change a few days ago. This about the same time she began to stop eating and her belly became more square like and big.
Thank you, any response would be helpful.

From what I understand "squaring off" is when she is going to give birth :)

    Good luck!

If she's squared off & stopped eating she could be about to give birth, if she's in a breeder trap she could be feeling stressed.
Imo it's better to let them give birth in the main tank & net out any fry you want to save, if there are plenty of hiding places then you will get some survivors.

I have another quick question... My tank has river rocks on the bottom and I was wondering, will the fry get stuck in the rocks?

They will most probably hide there if they need to. My molly fry always used to stay at the top of the tank though.x
