My wife's Platy was pregnant and gave birth to at least one fry that we noticed. The fry was likely gobbled up. The platy still has an enlarged belly as if she has more fry to drop and white spots have formed around her birthing canal. Pictures below. She is also acting quite lethargic. Any thoughts on what these white spots might indicate would be truly appreciated.
