Pregnant molly finally ate

So, my molly is very very pregnant. She has the box shape, and has been hiding for 2 days but popped out today to eat which is abnormal when they are close to birth. SHe still has the box shape so I know she is still pregnant.. Did she eat because low on energy, or has she been so stressed out by the other fish she is holding the fry in? I recently moved her to a small 2 gallon tank that I had around the house and put a filter and tiny heater in. Its only temporary instill I can get my other tank cycled.

 

Putting a pregnant molly from one tank to another sometimes stresses the fish.Looks like you want to save the fries.Pregnant mollies sometimes eats food when the birth is close or could be the opposite.She is still holding the fries.
A picture will be very helpful for identification.

 

I'll upload a picture as soon as I can, and I would like to keep some of the fry. Not all of them. I will end up giving most away or taking them to my lfs for trading,
