    Hi,

I have this guppy in a 125L tank with good water parameters.

Today i am observing that she is hardling swimming. She just lies on the floor and does not prefer to swim around. Occassionally she swims normally but then settles down.

I attach her views from both sides. Do you feel she could be pregnant ? Please let me know what you feel.

If you feel i must share any other information please do let me know.

    Regards,

Hmmm she's hard to tell.. maybe?

Could you give me exact water parameters for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, temperature and ph? What other fish do you have in the tank (I'm just trying to eliminate other possibilities for her behaviour)

Her gravid spot looks like she could be pregnant, but her belly size and actions say otherwise.

Shea pregnant, but barely. Like she just starting the pregnant process. Once you see black eyes in her tummie, she will give birth.

    Mary and Sarah,
    Thanks for replying.
Water parameters are 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, 5ppm nitrates, 7.2 pH, 28 degC.

By the way, she died the next morning.

Oh no, I'm sorry for your loss :( and that we didn't figure out what it was on time.
