If the female no longer has cottonmouth I suppose you would be fine. However its still less than ideal to put the pregnant one in there as you want the healthiest possible conditions for it.
Besides, who knows if you will need to put something else in the hospital tank to treat for something. If that happens then you really don’t want the pregnant one there.

Well water changes can often help but if you aren't certain the fish you were treating is better I wouldn’t risk it.
Do you have another tank to choose from?

The only other tank I have to use is a 10 gallon with a male betta and 4 dwarf cory cats

You did say shes in a breeder box. What kind is it?
I have had platys with multiple different bettas before and they get along fine. This of course depends on the temperament of your betta

Its a top fin..plastic. the betta is not friendly to other fish. I had him in my 29 gallon community tank and he wasn't getting along

If you aren't confident in them getting along then that’s fine. You know your fish better than I do haha. How bad is your platy being bothered in its current tank?
If you’re certain that your hospital tank is clean from disease then I would just use that.

It sounds like she may be close to giving birth. Once again if you think the hospital tank is clean, that may be the better option.

I had to put her back in the community tank. She was frantically swimming looking for her friends. She calmed down after that
