I have a pregnant Endlers livebearer! I really want to raise some of this batch so i was wondering if anyone has raised some from birth before, i don't have brine shrimp and i am concerned about the filter size. I am put all the other fish in a different tank so it is just her , 1 other female and 1 male in the 10 gal. I was planning on removing them all once she gives birth. Any tips and experience helps! Thank you

I don't think endlers eat their babies.

Lots of hidey spots so they don't feel endangered or insecure. Crushed flake food is fine for them to eat. By filter size do you mean the slots of the intake being able to suck them in? If so, in my experience with livebearers, fry tend to not really get sucked in the intake. Congrats on the babies!

If you're worried about the filter intake, the easiest thing is to get a ladies nylon stocking and slide it over your filter.

Just be sure to rinse it whenever gunk builds up on it.
