    Help me guys,
The power in my house and neighbors houses went poof. This means that no heater for tonight and tommorrow, its currently 7C outside, 12C inside. No house heater becausr it is electric powered. I have covered all my tanks in blankets, and put mulitple candles around the tanks. Am adding warm water every hour or so. DONT LET MY FISHIES DIE!

Continue wha you are doing and hope for the best. Be sure not to add water that is too hot to avoid shocking the fish. This has never happened to me, hopefully someone who has experienced this will reply.

Yep, I've seen and had this happen.

Just add water around 25c very slowly. Don't want to add too much and shock them, like Neptune said.

Blankets will work, just as long as they aren't too thick. Don't use quilts or anything like that, just fuzzy ones if you can.

Dtayed up all night giving warm water, finally let my friend swap. 1 of my discus died, everything else survived. Power comes back in 3 hours give or take.
