Potential Columnaris, need help!

I have been watching this white patch/spot on my Bettas head for about a week, and it seems to be spreading. It definitely was not there when I first got him about 2 weeks ago.
It got bigger in the last week, and now there's more gray shades of spots on his other side, and also a bit under the line of his gill. It is not fuzzy at all.
At first I thought he bumped his head so I tried Bettafix, and I am now on my 4th day of Artemiss, thinking it was fungal.
If this is Columnaris, does anyone have a medication regimen? There is so much stuff online that I gave no idea what to try.
Help!!

I have dealt with columnaris, unfortunately a few weeks ago in my quarantine tank. It wiped out all the fish within a few days.
This does not quite look like columnaris to me. But that is hard to tell with only a picture. Other than the spot, does he have other symptoms? Are the areas with the white raised? Do the scales look raised or does it look bumpy? You said it doesn't look fuzzy... How is your betta behaving? Us he active or does he seem more lethargic? Any trouble swimming? Loss of appetite?

Most importantly, what are your water parameters - ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels?

Since you have already treated for fungus I would try frequent large water changes first. Clean water is the best thing you can do for your fish. Only if that doesn't help I would move on to medicating.

I have not tested the water yet, but I did a 50% water change a few days ago. When I started the tank I did not cycle it first, beginner error . I added Prime immediately and then tetra safe start a few days later.
The main spot is flat, and kind of shiny. The other ones are also flat and less shiny.
He has been acting totally normal and it's been there for at least a week. He did seem more reluctant to eat today, but up until this morning he had been very active and no other symptoms of distress.

I will test the water and report back my findings. Could ammonia or something in the water cause this? Ph?

I would be mostly concerned about ammonia and maybe nitrite. How long ago did you set the tank up? Did it finish cycling? If he has stopped eating something is definitely going on.
Treatment for Columnaris is typically Kanaplex and Furan2. I don't recall the exact treatment regimen but you should be able to look it up when you type columnaris treatment with kanaplex and furan2 into a search engine. Be aware that this is a very intense antibiotic treatment that is not just hard on your fish but could also impact your newly established filter bacteria.

Edited to add:
If his behavior hasn't changed I would go with daily water changes or at least every two days for a couple weeks.

Okay, I'll do that as a last resort. It is probably still cycling but I have not tested yet. He did just eat some more so maybe he was just in a mood this morning.

What percent do you think?

I would change at least 50%.
