Possible Viral Infection?

I recently acquired what I think is a bumblebee catfish. I noticed that it has lumps all over it varying in size and are relatively clear with a white substance in it in the form of a dot. I do not think it is ick, but it may be lymphocystis. The fish's skin does not look irritated or red other than the whiteish lumps. I have not added it to my tank yet and it's still in its bag, so I wasn't sure if the template for sick fish would be any help and I've only had the fish for an hour or two. If it is lymphocystis, is it ok to have in my community tank? Also, how dangerous is it to the fish infected? Is there a way to treat it? There are quite a lot of lumps on the catfish, so I am worried...

If its any help, the fish I currently have in my tank are:
1 Betta Fish
2 Wrestling Halfbeaks
2 KuhlI loaches
5 Black Neon Tetras
5 Endlers Guppies
1 Clown Pleco

Other Information:
I do regular water changes (3 times a week) and my tank parameters are 0 Ammonia, 0 Nitrite, 35ppm Nitrate. It is also a planted tank with a fine gravel substrate.

Probably not a good idea to keep that one. Best to immediately return it to the LFS asap.
I'm not sure what's going on with the catfish, I don't think its Lymphocystis, but what ever it is its not good.

I think I just found out what is wrong with it. It looks to be an infection caused by something caused by the bolbophorus flatworm, which sometimes infects catfish. Is there a treatment for flatworms that I can use on a catfish? Or is this specific type hard to treat?

Research (Formalin). Its a med often used for external parasites.

If you can't take this fish back to where you got it please at least quarantine it until you are sure it is well. This one fish could potentially wipe out all of your other fish if what it has is contagious.
