Possible Swim Bladder Disorder

Hello,

I am noticing one of my Von Rios acting pretty strange. It looks like she is struggling to keep a balance. She mainly stays in one spot, typically isolating herself from the rest of the group, and looks as though she is struggling to stay a float and upright. She will occasionally swim around and be active, and still come out to feed, but around 80% of the time I observe, she is by herself and struggling.

From what I've researched, it seems like it may be a swim bladder issue. I only fees once a day and usually one day a week I will not feed due to doing a water change. My parameters are fine so I don't think its anything to do with ammonia.

I'm hoping someone can confirm if this is what is happening and recommend some best practices to help my fish recover. I have read that not feeding the tank for 3 days and increasing the temperature will help.

Thank you!
